Oussudu Wildlife Sanctuary

Location:Ousteri Lake is a lake which lies in the union territory of Puducherry and the state of Tamil Nadu.

Significance: Ousteri Lake is a man-made lake, which is considered as one of the significant wetlands in Asia Different types of transitory winged creatures dwell in this lake consistently, for which the lake picks up criticalness from the IBA (Important Bird Areas).

About Oussudu Lake Bird Sanctuary
